MONTREAL, 2010 November 15 /AXXESS/ - NEW 2010 INCOTERMS

This is to inform you that the new “2010 INCOTERMS” will be effective on January 1st, 2011.

Consequently, the importer and/or exporter who will not have indicated on his contract or his order the agreement with his supplier (Incoterms) will automatically be subjected to the new 2010 Incoterms. Furthermore, should there be a controversy between the two parties, the 2010 Incoterms will apply.
