How to use the PARS Tracker (Customs Brokerage Client Only)

Check shipment status by entering your unique PARS bar code number and hit Submit

The PARS Tracker will return your Cargo Control Number, Status, Customs Office Code, our Transaction Number (customs entry number), Type of Customs entry, your Carrier Code, your Carrier Name, MWB (Master WayBill), BOL (Bill of Ladding), number of packages and the Gross Weight. If your PARS is not accepted by Canada Border Services Agency prior to arrival, you may be required to return to the United States. Please contact Axxess International 24-hour PARS hotline at +1.866.449.9377 for any questions or if you have problems at the border. Note: Certain entry types, such at shipments requiring OGD (Other Government Department) approval, are exceptions to the Line Release process. Please contact the above mentioned number if you have shipments that require special processing.
